The Bill Kumpe Law Firm serves small businesses and individuals in Central and Eastern Oklahoma from offices at 320 South Boston, Suite 1026, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74103.  Kumpe is a general practice attorney with an emphasis on business transactions, small business entity formation, elder law, estate planning, probate and administrative law.

Kumpe is a native Tulsan and a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law.  He is a former member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity and the Hudson Hall Wheaton Inn of Court.  He is also a former President of The Christian Legal Society of Tulsa.  Kumpe is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma State Courts, all Oklahoma United States District Courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to attending law school, Kumpe worked in the business community for over twenty years, much of that time in the computer industry.  Kumpe's business experience combined with his legal skills make him an ideal choice for small businesses and entrepreneurs seeking legal assistance.  According to Kumpe, "You have to approach business challenges from a holistic standpoint.  Legal challenges in business are a fact of life but good planning and advice can reduce them to a minimum. That is my goal for my clients."

"As my clients and I have aged, so has my practice," Kumpe continued.  "I increasingly find myself dealing with the needs and concerns of senior citizens.  These concerns may include not just estate planning but also long term care challenges and even marital issues.  The problems of senior citizens are unique and require wisdom, insight and patience to be handled properly."

Over the years Kumpe has worked with several national Christian civil rights organizations on local and state cases.  He is an active member of several of these organizations.  "I am glad that I was able to do my small part in defense of our common faith and culture," says Kumpe.
